Product Introduction:
Chloroform Substitute BCP (Nucleic Acid Isolation Reagent) is a chloroform alternative. It can directly replace chloroform in one-step RNA extraction reagents such as Trizol Reagent and in DNA extraction using phenolic reagents. It features low toxicity and similar solubility properties, making it widely applicable in biological experimental scenarios such as nucleic acid extraction. This product is a colorless and transparent liquid, insoluble in water, and toxic. Personal protective equipment should be worn when using it, and all operations must be performed in a fume hood.

Usage Methods:
Directly replace chloroform in the extraction process of one-step RNA extraction reagents (e.g., Trizol Reagent) or DNA extraction using phenolic reagents.

Recommended Dosage Example
For 1 mL of Trizol Reagent, add 100 μL of Chloroform Substitute BCP to replace 200 μL of chloroform for extraction. All other operating steps remain unchanged.
