Product Description
This product is suitable for purification and recovery of PCR amplicons, restriction enzyme digestion products, DNA fragments and probe labeling, as well as concentration of DNA samples. In the presence of high chaotropic salt, DNA fragments selectively bind to the silica membrane in the 96-well purification plate. Following a series of rapid wash-centrifuge steps, impurities such as primers, nucleotides, proteins and enzymes are removed by the wash buffer. Finally, pure DNA is eluted from the silica membrane using low-salt, high-pH elution buffer.

Storage and Shelf Life
Store at room temperature. Shelf life: 12 months.
